The lab is not the end of the process.

It is the place where engineering is confirmed.

CORA engineering is built on the continuity of design, simulation, process and laboratory. Each solution is developed to achieve a defined dynamic behavior, not to adapt generically to an existing geometry.

Design and co-development

CORA supports advanced OEM, industrial and aftermarket customers in the definition of the solution: concept, feasibility, reverse engineering, technical benchmark, choice of elastomer compound, definition of performance and optimization of the rubber-metal interface.

NVH Optimization

Vibrational performance is analyzed through natural frequency, static and dynamic stiffness, hysteresis, damping behavior and multi-axial load response. The goal is to reduce vibrational propagation and stabilize the behavior of the system in the actual field of operation.

Dynamic simulation

The simulation allows you to predict structural and torsional behavior before prototyping, reducing uncertainties, development times and unnecessary iterations. The project is refined before the production process begins.

Internal testing and validation

A dynamic component is not complete until it has been measured. CORA internally valid performance through static and dynamic rigidity measurements, fatigue tests, thermal cycles, accelerated aging, hysteresis analysis and natural frequency assessment.
